Paradise Village at Zion™ is a new community located within the town boundaries of Santa Clara, Utah. To the east, the colorful facade of Snow Canyon State Park astounds the observer. The development is based on a vacation home concept that includes a master-planned neighbor-hood community consisting of single and two-story individual home designs, two-story townhomes with observation decks, a resort-style pool, clubhouse, walking trails surrounded by open space, a park with pickleball courts, sand volleyball, playground, and baseball fields. Our new kid’s water feature, lazy river, and additional pools are opening Spring 2019.
